Product Description:

Why is the photo paper always jammed? This paper is very thick at 300g, 15.7mil, and 0.4mm. Please ensure your printer can handle such thick media before use. Utilizing a high-quality, professional inkjet printer is recommended. Additionally, please check that the printer's feed rollers are in good condition.

Why does the print smear, never dry, or can be rubbed off? This issue is usually caused by the printer ink. Our photo paper is designed for dye-based inks only. Set the paper type to "Photo Paper" and the print quality to "Standard". If the problem persists, please contact us for product support.

Why does the ink become smudged when touched? First, verify that the paper is printed on the correct printable side. Then, allow the print to dry for up to 10 minutes. Normally, the print should be dry within 30 seconds.
